Coconut Ladoos at Ahimsagram are inspired largely by the work of The Health Awareness Center(THAC) from Mumbai. You get them in their space in Bombay and it’s a very special treat to have them.They are made out of fresh coconut, has a certain softness and the roasting of the coconut allows it to last a bit longer.
The oil of the coconut is a ghee replaces and the jaggery allows us to let go white sugar.
We have done a lot of combinations and permutations to come to this recipe and are happy to offer it to the people in India. Very soon you may get it in other countries too.
Though it take some effort to create it but the effort is worth it.
