Our Jowar Elaichi cookies are crunchy and have a rich aroma of organic cardamoms. They remind us of the biscuits that were made in local bakeries where our parents took the flour and ghee with them to get the biscuits made in front of them. Its gluten free, vegan and largely organic. The special part is that we donot mix any wheat in it, and have our grinding mill so the flour has zero wheat contamination. We use very less cold pressed oil and add wholesome nut butters for the richness in our cookies. Of course no preservatives, colours or flavouring agents or baking powder.
